Below is an email we recieved from a customer of BingoHead.com. We have tried to contact Bingo Head twice to try and get this resolved. They have never responded to us or their customer. We have put them on our blacklist and we are posting this message to alert all bingo players to AVOID this site.

Original Email:

Hi I have been playing bingo at a site called bingohead.com for a long time. I have made only one deposit there to try it out.. Since then I have been playing there free points game... 10 points converts to 1.00 dollar..I have converted my points to play real money games and have won over 100 dollars..I have requested a cash out at the beginning of January and still have not received it.. I have sent numerous help desk tickets with no response..Others are playing there and having no problems. I was wondering if you have recieved any complaints against this site and if you could recommend what I should do next.. I don't believe there should be a problem cashing out those funds because that is what the points game is for and I won other peoples money not theirs..I am very confused..Please help if you can...
