Crystal Palace Casino

I won approximatley $50,000 at the Crystal Palace Casino. According to the website, winners will be paid in $4000 dollar increments on a weekly basis. After no less than 15 phone calls, they have sent me just one check.

Repeated attempts to collect from them results in a multitude of excuses.

If anyone has had problems with this casino please advise. If you have not played there, I suggest you don't start.

I have spoken with an individual who identifies himself as Alex. While I cannot confirm it, I believe he is somewhat in charge. This entire operation sounds like a scam. He promises the checks will be sent each week and each week nothing comes.

I spoke with him on Tuesday at 5:30pm (PST) and was informed that he has no idea why the checks have not been sent. He says that when he hears something, I will hear something.

I don't know what your procedure is but I would suggest that you inform your membership that this company will not pay.
