I would just like voice a concern regarding my play Rome Casino. I have been playing there for a few weeks and did enjoy a couple of the slots like Dougiues Delights and Diablo 13. Dougiue had a rather large progressive of $192,000.00 that could only be won if the player got 5 wilds on a pay line, I played this game extensively and never once seen the wild symbol on reels 1 and 5, not even scroll by. Then one day the jackpot was gone so I concentrated on Diablo 13 as it currently has a jackpot of $145,000.00 running. Well, the game at first had wilds on all 5 reels consistently coming up at 3-4 many times making the payouts nice for the player, the bonus rounds which required at least 3 or more of the wizard to open was lousy, if you finally got it you may get $1 playing at 65 cents. Well then I logged on a few days ago to play Diablo 13 and they had changed the way the slot plays. The wilds had dissapeared from reels 1 and 5 and was rarely seen on 2, 3 and 4. But if you did get a five of a kind the payout was better than before but much harder to come by. The thing that really frustrated me was that the bonus rounds since the change now may or may not open. A few days ago when I was playing Diablo 13 I had gotten the 3 and 4 wizards 5 separate times playing max bets and not once did the bonus rounds open, which on the other few occasions when it did it was paying out better than the previous setting, but if it won't open, then the payer is being cheated out of bonus round winnings.
I wrote the casino an email voicing my concern which was not addressed. I played a $15 bonus they had put into my account yesterday and had moved on to the fruit slot that also had a progressive, but was totally irritated when the first bonus of getting 3 pineapples also did not open the bonus round.

Thanks for the detailed post about your experience with Rome Casino and I'm sorry to hear that things aren't going well over there. I was just reading about another player last week that was having problems with Rome. We will contact them on your behalf so they're aware of the issues that need to be addressed. I will post the response from the casino when we hear back from them.

I have gone back to Rome to try them again and see that I may have either been in error regarding the bonus screen not opening or the rules have changed on the bonus screen with the payout package that Diablo 13 now has.
I was certain that before the change was made that when I got 3 or more of the wizards the bonus screen opened everytime. Now I do see in the payout rules it says the bonus screen will open with 3 or more anywhere on a single payline.
So I have to say, if I am in error I sincerely appologize to Rome Casino.
In all honesty, the payouts are much more frequent than most casino's I frequent and the play on minimal deposits can last for a very long time. I am not necessarily saying this with all their games but for the ones I have played consistantly.
Again in all fairness to Rome Casino, they are friendly, co-operative and willing to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. They are generous with their bonuses, as during my time with them that I would deposit $25 and play throughout the day, the very following day I would always find a nice little bonus that would keep me playing for several hours again.
I cannot speak to the cash out as I tend to play for real just for the fun of playing. I do honestly think Rome is a great little casino for those who want to try something different.
To Rome, again, if I was in error, I sincerely appologize.

on the technical side I promised an answer - We went game session by session to see if we had any technical or system breakdown and could not find anything accept that your internet system had time outs from time to time and this could be the only reason for your screens to not show properly - as for the game payouts, We guarantee market related and better payout in all our games. because as a new platform we need to stand our ground amongst some established names and that takes some doing. So rest assured that our games are Hot.

Thanks for taking the time to post.
I believe Eviecakes biggest concern with the TopGame software is that when playing a video slot like Diablo 13 and Douguies Delights she used to be able to get the wild symbol on all reels but that is no longer the case. In fact when we downloaded the software, deposited $50 and played those 2 games the results where the same as hers. We get wilds on all reels but 1 and 5. We can't even see the wild symbols pass by like we can on reels 2,3 and 4. In order to win the jackpot a player needs to get wilds on all 5 reels. If they are no longer on reels 1 and 5 like they used to be how can a player win the jackpot?

Edit: After spinning several times at Wild 7's slots it is very easy to see there are no Wild 7's on reels 1 and 5. The Wild 7's are very easy to spot as the reels turn on 2,3 and 4. This would make it impossible to hit the jackpot. We would sure welcome an explanation from TopGames.

I appreciate Jonathan taking the time to look into my concern, but do not feel it has been answered as yet. If I had time outs, they in no way from what I saw affected how the slots were playing on my side. There was nothing wrong with my screen or anything.
The question still stands as to where have the wilds gone?????????? Rick has tried the slots I have mentioned plus some I hadn't and has noticed the very same thing I have. If there are no wilds on reels 1 and 5 on the jackpot games then how can a jackpot be won with only 3?

ok I have seen the report and after several days of QA we actually got to see the problem - and yes the wilds were found to be missing on some of the wheels - we have removed the game to fix the bug and will have it up live later this week

I want to personally thank Eviecakes for pointing this out to us and want to assure her that we have never had any intention to bribe her in any way just pure goodwill and thanking her for making us better.

I just logged in and played all three games in question (none of the games have been pulled) and all three still show NO wilds on reels 1 and 5. In other words everything is still the same and nothing has been fixed.
