Postby macshooter on Thu Oct 04, 2007 10:13 pm

Hello new to this cite what a great idea. I am having big troubles with Superior Poker started a couple months back when I couldn't login I requested a temporary pw. Well the one they sent was of no use and the next 4 emails went unanswered. Now am stuck for $200 plus in my Superior Poker account can't contact them can't login sigh so frustrating. For awhile emails were being returned undeliverable now back to no response.

Hi Macshooter,
Sorry to hear your having problems with SP. They are on our Blacklist for sending out spam emails with false info about another company and we have warned players to stay away from them. This happened a year ago and we since have not heard another bad thing about them until now. Would you Private Message me your login name they gave you and I will try and contact them and see what is up.

All the best,
Rick

Superior Poker was part of the Action Poker network since 2003 until the new owners, Playsafe Holdings of Norway took over. Superior decided to leave the network because they did not accept US players. Action Poker handled all processing and player balances for the network and has refused to turn that money over to Superior Poker. They have continued to hold player balances for quite some time now. This is not a Superior Poker issue, but an Action Poker issue. They are the ones holding player balances. You should contact the accounting department at actionpoker.com and demand your money. You might be able to get some relief if you contact Thomas Jensen at Point-spread.com . He is collecting information from other players and poker room managers who are complaining about Action Poker. Please contact him using the contact form on http://www.point-spread.com
Thank you

Thanks for replying to the post Superior. Your player Macshooter says that they started having problems with their account only 2 months ago. Didn't superior split from action way before that? The problem is not just the money but the player no longer has access to their account and all emails go unanswered and bouncing. If you haven't contacted the player yet about these issues I'm sure they would appreciate you looking into their account to see what is going on.

Thanks,

Rick

The issue probably started when Action closed access to everyone. Action ran our poker room behind our backs for 2 months. However, if this is related to the room after it went to DGN, we need to determine that. Please find out when he could not log in for the first time and we will move from there.
Thanks

Hi Ron,
I was hoping you two were dealing with it outside this forum. Guess not. I'll PM superior and see what he's found out.
