Avoid Rushmore and Cherry Red Casino

January 19, 2011 · Filed Under Online Casino Scams, Online Gambling News

Although Rushmore, Cherry Red and Slots Oasis were at the top of our approved list for many years they have now fallen so far into the pits of casino hell that we not only won’t endorse them anymore but they are now gracing the pages of our casino blacklist. They have not only lied to players about payouts but the managers lied to us as well, and now they no longer respond our emails.

Two players at Rushmore came to us for help in getting their payouts from both Rushmore and Cherry Red Casinos. At first a manager promised he would take care of it and that they were simply having processor issues and then I never heard from him again. Turns out he left the company days after he told me this. It’s still a mystery why he left. Now in comes another manager that told me his new year resolution was to make sure every player with outstanding payments gets paid. The 2 players then contact me and say that the casinos sent them an email that their payment was on its way to their bank. Now about a month later, nothing. zero, zilch. In a more non pleasant way of putting it. the Rushmore Group of casinos has completely ripped off these players and will not respond to any emails or messages.

We urge all players to avoid the Rushmore Group of casinos and players that still have money in the casino should withdrawal it immediately. Preferably to an e-wallet instead of using the bank wire withdrawal method.

Avoid Noubet.com – Possible Scam

December 4, 2010 · Filed Under Online Casino Scams

Casinomeister just released a statement about a Malta based online gambling company called Noubet.

It appears a player that has won €7000 at the Noubet casino tried to withdrawal a portion of their winnings and were immediately locked out of their casino account and were then contacted by Noubets customer service and asked to supply identification documents (normal in this business by the way).

After sending in numerous documents in multiple formats ie. zips, rars, jpg etc. the casino replied that they never received any of these files and when the player decided they had had enough and posted on the internet for help the casino refused further access to the players account by stating “there may be a viruses”.

Eventually Noubet told the player they did indeed receive their documents but since then their account remains locked and support is no longer responding to emails.

Our advice is that players avoid Noubet.com becasue at this time it appears they have scammed a player out of their winnings.

GoldVipClub.com is now BLACKLISTED

November 18, 2010 · Filed Under Online Casino Scams

We recently received an email from a person that claimed she is owed $60,000 from goldvipclub.com and that the casino started paying her back in October 2009 but after she collected $10,ooo from the casino they stopped paying her because of a chargeback to her credit card. The player has told us that there was no chargeback and we have had no luck in trying to get a response from the casino.

Why would anyone who won $70,000 decide to do a credit card chargeback when they were getting paid out and had already collected $10,000 from the casino? Doesn’t make any sense and the fact that casino is not getting back to us or the player about this issue leads us to believe that the casino is pulling a fast one. There also are other complaints about this casino but this is the one that gets them on our Blacklist.

Avoid GoldVipClub Casino. They appear to be scamming players out of their winnings and support is non-responsive.

Avoid SupremePlay and 21Grand Casino

November 10, 2010 · Filed Under Online Casino Scams

Casinomeister just posted a warning about SupremePlay and 21Grand Casino and players should avoid these casinos at this time.

When first contacted, support said the deal directly with the players when there is a complaint which turn out to be false because the players were never contacted after the complaints were filed.

The casino made claims there were off-line deals being made with the players but according to the players there were never any deals made.

Lately the reports from customer support are that they are too busy to deal with helping these players out and they will get to it as soon as possible.

Casinomeister is also reporting that there have been 11 Pitch-a-Bitch complaints filed in the past 10 months which is way out of control for an online casino.

Half or more of these complaints have been settled but it appears that it was like pulling teeth to get the complaints resolved.

So if you want to avoid having to deal with a lack of customer service and not getting your winnings we recommend that you steer clear of SupremePlay and21Grand Casino.

Another Warning For GoCasino.com Players

October 28, 2010 · Filed Under Online Casino Scams

We received yet another complaint today about GoCasino.com from one of their players. The player states in an email to us that he was playing the slots at gocasino.com and hit $600. He even goes on to say that he never took a bonus and therefore the win should not have any bonus terms attached to it. The player went to the cashier and selected a wire transfer for the payout but after 3 weeks of waiting no money had been transferred to his bank account. The player then went back to the cashier and selected the check method and the casino told him they could not offer the player that method either.

This is not the first time (or the last I fear) that we have received a complaint about gocasino.com. We are again warning players to avoid gocasino for possible scamming of their players winnings.

We have tried numerous times to contact the casino about these allegations and so far our emails have gone unanswered.

Warning About Bingoville.com

October 11, 2010 · Filed Under Online Casino Scams

We recently received a complaint about BingoVille.com not paying out full winnings to one of their loyal long time players. Last February a player tried to cash out her winnings of $2300 and waited almost a month to receive a check for only $1300. After that Bingoville deposited $350 in the players account and then later deposited $275. After numerous emails to customer service about the remaining $375 Bingoville has chosen to ignore this long time loyal player. The player said she has now stopped playing at Bingoville and will never deposit there again.

We tried to contact Bingoville about this issue but we were ignored as well so we are posting this warning to others that it is probably a good idea to stay away from this bingo hall.

Avoid OrangeGamez Casino

July 18, 2010 · Filed Under Online Casino Scams

Casinomeister has just added OrangeGamez.com to their Rogue Pit for not paying a customer what they are owed.

Proper documents were sent in and accepted and the player did receive $2000 for the first payout but no money has been seen since the initial payout.

The total payout for this player is $11,000 owed and customer service has gone silent and has not addressed this issue. The player is based in Europe and as we all know their are no payout hassles in Europe especially since the player is trying to collect via Neteller.

All players are warned to stay away from OrangeGamez Casino.

Avoid Crown Europe Casino

June 25, 2010 · Filed Under Online Casino Scams

Casinomeister recently issued a warning about Crown Europe Casino (crowneurope.com) confiscating a players €800 winnings for playing ineligible games. The player disagreed and asked for 3rd party help and after getting the run around from support the casino finally sent an email to Casinomeister stating that they will not discuss player issues with 3rd party’s and that they were in direct talks with the player regarding the matter. The player has not heard one word from the casino as of me writing this.

Avoid playing at Crown Europe at this time.

Cleopatra’s Palace Casino Blacklisted

June 14, 2010 · Filed Under Online Casino Scams

Cleopatras Palace Casino has been added to our casino blacklist for scamming players out of their money and we are warning all players to avoid this casino.

One of our forum members brought to our attention the “lack” of attention from CPC customer support:

IT IS REAL HARD TO COLLECT FROM THIS CASINO. THEY OWE ME $2,900. THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THERE TOO BUSY TO PAY ME NOW. THERE NEVER TOO BUSY TO TAKE MY MONEY. I HAVE BEEN PUTTING MONEY INTO THIS CASINO EVERY SINGLE DAY. I’M VERY UPSET RIGHT NOW. I NEEDED THAT CHECK …………….XOXJOYCE

We have tried several times to contact Cleopatras Palace Casino about this issue but as of today no rep has responded to our inquiries. To make matters worse this forum member has now posted this follow-up:

MARCH 4 UPDATE
THEY WONT TALK TO ME ON THE PHONE NOW. WHEN I GIVE MY NAME,THEY SAY “WE GOT A BAD CONNECTION AND THEY WILL CALL ME BACK” THEY NEVER CALL.

With this and the MANY other complaints we have received we are posting this warning and we have added Cleopatra’s Palace Casino to our Blacklisted Online Casinos page.

ibetcasino.com and gotoentertainment casinos BLACKLISTED

June 10, 2010 · Filed Under Online Casino Scams

UPDATE #2: ibetcasino.com has not paid the player anything for 3 weeks now and all correspondence has ceased. Do no deposit and play at any of the betgoto casinos if you value your money.

UPDATE: Immediately after this post was made the betgoto cashier emailed this player with a control# for,  get this… $400!!! And now after months of trying to get paid betgoto is telling this player that they will be paid out money (we don’t know how much) every Thursday or Friday until it is paid in full. NOWHERE as of this posting does it say anything in the casinos T&C’s about a max weekly payout. The terms DO say that payouts are processed Monday thru Friday which also is false (in this case at least). So now we can add to the reason of this Blacklisting… false terms and conditions.

ORIGINAL POST STARTS HERE: A player at ibetcasino.com contacted us weeks ago about not getting a payout from ibetcasino.com and the promises that ibetcasino’s customer service reps have been making for months about paying out this players winnings. We tried contacting ibetcasino’s support but did not receive a response although the casino support did cc us a couple of emails that were sent in reply to the players payout requests. THESE EMAILS SHOW PROOF THAT THE CASINO ACKNOWLEDGES THEY OWE THIS PLAYER MONEY. Many emails were sent to this player with excuse after excuse and promise after promise. Now after months of being lied too, the player has had enough and frankly so have we. Ibetcasino and ALL of goto entertainment casinos have now been blacklisted and a scam alert is being sent out to players and affiliates of goto to warn them about this companies stall tactics when it comes to payouts.

Here is a summary of what a nightmare this player has been through:

I have 3 payouts from Feb totaling $5400 which I have not received a dime from.

Call them to start an account or look on the website, and they promise you quick payouts and great customer service. DON’T BELIEVE IT

I have been waiting for payouts almost 3 months, I have spoken to 6 different people about my lack of payouts

I have been promised a money control # for 4 weeks now, and still not received one.

This is on top of being told by managers Pablo and Barry back in Feb and Mar telling me they would get me settled up right away.

I have sent over 300 emails requesting payouts, I have made over a 100 calls….and still nothing

My withdrawal history is below

Payout 1 – $1000

Requested a payout of $1700 on Feb 7th. It was removed on Feb 14th at 4:29 EST.

Later that afternoon, I had them put back $700 into my playing account which lessened my payout to $1000.

I am still waiting for that payout of $1000

Payout 2 – $1900

I Requested $1900 on Feb 14th around 10pm. It was removed from my account Feb 20th.

I am still waiting for the payout of $1900. Just to re-iterate, this needs to be put back in my account.

Payout 3 – $2400

Originally I requested a Withdraw request of $2000 on Sunday Feb 28th. On Sun March 14th I requested a $500 payout.

On Monday March 15th these requests were lumped together into a $2500 payout but not removed from my playing account, they only updated the pending withdrawal.

Finally on Friday March 26th, $2500 was removed from my playing account.

Here we are, April 30th, and I have received nothing but empty promises. Do not play any of these books if you expect to cash in on your winnings.
