One of our forum members brought to our attention the “lack” of attention from CPC customer support:

IT IS REAL HARD TO COLLECT FROM THIS CASINO. THEY OWE ME $2,900. THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THERE TOO BUSY TO PAY ME NOW. THERE NEVER TOO BUSY TO TAKE MY MONEY. I HAVE BEEN PUTTING MONEY INTO THIS CASINO EVERY SINGLE DAY. I’M VERY UPSET RIGHT NOW. I NEEDED THAT CHECK …………….XOXJOYCE

We have tried several times to contact Cleopateras Palace Casino about this issue but as of today no rep has responded to our inquiries. To make matters worse this forum member has now posted this follow-up:

MARCH 4 UPDATE
THEY WONT TALK TO ME ON THE PHONE NOW. WHEN I GIVE MY NAME,THEY SAY “WE GOT A BAD CONNECTION AND THEY WILL CALL ME BACK” THEY NEVER CALL.

With this and the many other complaints we have seen around the internet forums we are posting this warning and we have added CPC to our Blacklisted Online Casinos page.

This is one of the most bizarre things we’ve ever seen from an online casino. Challenging Casinomeister and JTodd from the APCW to legal action for posting facts about a shady online casino operation. We seriously doubt this will go any further than Jackpots Heaven’s empty legal threats but it sure makes for good reading.

Our advice is to AVOID THIS CASINO!!! And if you are now wondering what all the fuss is about read on (and watch and listen to this crazy video).

Andrew Fenech of Jackpots Heaven:
How to do All the Wrong Things

Did we really need another reason to avoid the rogue Jackpots Heaven casino?

Seriously, there have been so many questions about this operation, ranging from the legitimacy of their license to questions about their “random number generator”. No one seems to know where they actually run their company from, they’ve been accused of lifting verbiage and graphics from other websites, and their “24 Hour” customer support phone numbers are a joke.

Add to the severe warning signs above the fact that Jackpots Heaven “Public Relations” officer, Andrew Fenech, resorted to making threats against many industry webmasters who were publicly exposing these issues and you start to get the picture of a real knucklehead. But now, Mr Fenech and Jackpots Heaven have completely outdone themselves!

In a video sent to the APCW on February 25th, 2010, Jackpots Heaven has a message for the APCW, Casinomeister, and others who would question their complete lack of integrity. And that message not only bolsters the warning signs about this group, but also presents a pretty solid case that these people are legitimately insane. Hiding behind graphics and computer software which alters their voices, this video is an exercise in how to destroy your reputation and bury your brand in one easy step:

Turns out that things were going smooth in late 2009 getting players paid out on time but then things started to go south with slow and no payments. Customer service managers were stalling with excuses such as the recession etc.

Now well into 2010 the payments have dried up and numerous attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered.

Best to stay away from this casino until further notice.

Nedplay Acquired by 32Red Online Casino

Summary: The award-winning 32Red Online Casino expands through the acquisition of Nedplay, absorbing the player base and processing outstanding player payments.

32Red, powered by Microgaming, is today pleased to announce that Nedplay casino will become part of the award-winning gaming operator’s group of casinos. The acquisition of the Nedplay casino, including the player database, Internet domains and Intellectual Property by 32Red, means that players at the Nedplay casino now enjoy the same high level of service and support and exciting promotions, as players at the Company’s other two casinos, 32Red and Dash.

CEO of 32Red, Ed Ware, commented:

“We are pleased to have the Nedplay Casino ( http://www.nedplay.eu ) join our group and look forward to delivering the same high standards we apply across our existing operations to the Nedplay Casino”.

The acquisition comes after the flagship casino,32Red, following six years of successive Best Casino ( http://www.32red.com/about_us/best-casino.html ) awards, is named Casino of the Decade by industry watchdog and player advocacy site, Casinomeister. Ware added:

“Nedplay players join 32Red at a time when our efforts over the past 7 years have accumulated in us receiving the first ever Casino of the Decade accolade. They can now look forward to the same award-winning service and online casino (http://www.32red.com ) experience that 32Red regulars have enjoyed since the casino’s launch in 2002.”

The Nedplay brand continues for the time being with 32Red due to assess future plans over the coming weeks. Players with approved pending withdrawals that are outstanding should expect payment from 32Red shortly. Likewise any outstanding Affiliate Partner payments will be settled in the short-term.

32Red Plc – listed on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange (Ticker: TTR) – recently announced a positive end to trading in H2 2009, with gaming revenue up 19% on the first half of the same year and a 23% increase in player recruitment numbers from 2008. The addition of Nedplay will strengthen the company’s presence in the gaming sector for 2010 and is further positive news following the upbeat trading update.

About 32Red:

32Red is the six times winner of the Casinomeister – player watchdog and advocacy site – Best Casino award and holder of the Casino of the Decade title. 32Red is renowned for providing industry-leading levels of support to players and for its 350 casino games, including over 250 online slots, online roulette and more. Over 80% of 32Red’s players are from the UK and 32Red is licensed and regulated by the Government of Gibraltar. The Company operates 32Red Casino, 32Red Poker, 32Red Mobile, 32Red Affiliates, 32Red Bet and DashCasino.com. 32Red Casino is committed to responsible gambling and ensures the company adheres fully to UK law. 32Red Plc listed on the London Stock Exchange in September 2005.

This just in from Casinomeister:

As many readers know there have been a number of unresolved issues regarding Nedplay at Casinomeister. There are currently at least three unaddressed PABs plus a number of issues on the forums that have received little or no attention from Nedplay in the last month or so.

When these combined issues had come to a crisis point about a month ago we were told that the Nedplay manager was on sick leave for another week or so and that all things would be addressed shortly. A few things moved forward incrementally but most of it remained unresolved and unaddressed.

I’m afraid the grace period asked for and granted on the PABs has come and gone and those issues are now being ignored by Nedplay management and Customer Service. Our attempts to get their attention are, once again, going unanswered. So, with all due respect and best wishes to the ailing party I’m afraid I have no choice but to issue the following:

Warning: Nedplay is slo-paying players with approved withdrawals and largely ignoring both player and third-party attempts to get their attention on the issues. Until there is evidence that these problems have been resolved players are advised to proceed with extreme caution with this casino.

We recently received a negative forum post by one of our members located here. El Dorado Casino has a predatory term in their bonus terms at the bottom of the page that states “Players are not allowed to continue wagering if any amount of funds posted for withdrawal and/or pending to be withdrawn is detected by the Casino. Such activities are considered violation and are subject for all pending withdrawals to be void at Management’s discretion”.

This player had a withdrawal pending and didn’t know about this ridiculous rule so while he was waiting to receive his payout he decided to continue playing with $100 that he left in his real money account. The casino pointed him to this term and then confiscated his entire withdrawal. If the casino was fair they would simply have warned the player not to play instead of stealing his money.

We have been in contact with the management at El Dorado Palace and to their credit they did respond to this issue BUT they responded with alot of double talk as to why the player lost his winnings. If the casino doesn’t wish people to play while waiting for a payout to be processed they should simply lock the players real money account until the payment is processed. This bonus term in our opinion is predatory to players and therefore we are labeling El Dorado Palace a scam casino and it should be avoided by EVERYONE until this term is removed.

We received a complaint where a player received a bonus offer, deposited and (eventually) received the bonus, played and tried to withdraw but was repeatedly asked for documents and then ignored completely. When we inquired on the player’s behalf we were told “we have received the complaint and rest assured that we will be on top of this case” after which nothing was ever heard again from either the casino or the player.

Warning: Sierra Star Casino is unresponsive to player complaints and may confiscate a player’s balance without explanation or recourse. In particular they are not willing to deal with us so they’re on their way to the “No Can Do” List. Players are advised to avoid Sierra Star Casino.

UPDATE:

We’ve recently received another complaint from a casino in the Teller Processing Ltd (Cyprus) group of which Sierra Star is a member. So for now it’s heads-up on these casinos:

Sierra Star Casino

Royal Dice Casino

Giant Vegas Casino

Nuts Poker
