Avoid PlentyJackpots.com

We just received an email from one of our site visitors complaining that she is owed money from plentyjackpots.com. Looking further into this website and calling the telephone number to see if we could talk to a manager about this issue we found out that it is just another website owned by Curgam Malta Ltd who just happen to be the same people that own:
Mightyslots.com and Mightyslots.biz
Realvegasonline.com and Realvegasonline.biz
99slotmachines.com and 99slotmachines.biz
Plentyjackpots.biz
Slotnuts.com and Slotnuts.biz

Avoid the above casinos. They are all Blacklisted.

Avoid CasinoLasVegas.com

This just in from Casinomeister:

Over the months we’ve had a few Casino Las Vegas issues cross our desk and the MO has always been the same: slow-payed customers having a devil of a time jumping through all the “verification” hoops which never seem to end. In all cases, including the most recent where the player was asked 20 times to provide documents of various types, the casino never responded to our inquiries on the player’s behalf. They usually dragged their feet some more then quietly paid without word or explanation.

Well, we’ve had enough! This is terrible behavior, not to mention the monumentally shabby “Customer Service” it represents, so …

Warning: Casino Las Vegas is slow-paying it’s customers by making endless demands for “documents” and then ignoring the customers when they provide the requested materials. Furthermore Customer Service is unforgivably negligent in responding to and dealing with player issues. Avoid Casino Las Vegas!

Avoid Looselines Casino

This just in from Casinomeister:

Player came to us with an issue where Looselines had denied a $3000+ withdrawal. The reason given was that they player “may have cheated” and that there were “polish and danish cheat systems out there”.

Whether the player is Polish or Danish or from Star Cluster NGC 290 has little relevance to the case unless it is a violation of the casino’s Terms — there are no such Terms posted at Looselines.com — or the player has in fact cheated in which case one would expect the casino to offer some evidence.

Unfortunately the casino is offering no explanations at all. They have ceased to communicate with the player and have not responded to our inquiries on the player’s behalf. So …

Warning: Looselines Casino is denying withdrawals without justification. Customer Service ignores the players and any attempts to bring player issues to their attention. Avoid this casino.

Grand Prive Casinos BLACKLISTED!

December 7, 2008 · Filed Under Online Casino Scams · Comment

CSR has Blacklisted ALL Grand Prive Casinos and Villa Fortuna Casinos for unethical business practices and flat out thievery of commissions earned by affiliates world wide.

Here’s what happened. Websites that promoted Grand Prive casinos were under contract with Grand Prive that basically stated if a website promotes their (Grand Prive) casinos and brings in a new depositing player that the new players are theirs for life.

Well now it turns out that Grand Prive is closing their doors and leaving affiliates in the cold without their lifetime earnings being honored. And to add insult to injury all the Grand Prive casinos are keeping their doors open. So what they are doing is getting rid of all their loyal affiliates and moving shop over to Villa Fortuna. We are exposing this for what it is… flat out thievery.

If Grand Prive will do this to their long time partners they certainly won’t hesitate to steal from their players.

Avoid ALL Grand Prive Casinos listed below:

Belle Vegas Online
Casino Grand Bay
Grand Bay Poker
Lake Palace Casino
Jupiter Club Casino
Road House Reels Casino
Fortune Junction Casino
Jackpot Wheel Casino
Villa Fortuna Casino
Villa Fortuna Affiliates

Avoid PlumGaming.com

December 5, 2008 · Filed Under Online Casino Scams · Comment

This just in from Casinomeister:

I’m afraid I have to issue a general warning regarding Plum Gaming. This is based on several weeks of difficulty regarding outstanding Pitch-A-Bitch cases.

  • players attempting to take their issues to CS are ignored _until_ a PAB is filed at which point many of these are immediately resolved, as if there had been no real problem in the first place. If so, why ignore the player’s attempts to settle them?
  • they claim to be “investigating” but results are never announced and in the end it all seems to have been a stalling tactic.
  • they promise to pay by such-and-such a date but often, not always, those dates come and go and nothing has happened.
  • lately our attempts to discuss issues with them are being ignored, or severely delayed, too. It does appear as if this situation is deteriorating.
  • overall things seem to be getting worse not better at Plum Gaming regarding the outstanding player issues.

For all these reasons:

Warning: Plum Gaming is ignoring player complaints, stalling payments, claiming “investigations” and the like with no accountability or follow-up. Issues seem to languish without progress until they are pushed to do something, which they sometimes respond to and often ignore. Players should avoid Plum Gaming until they’ve demonstrated that these problems are behind them.

Lady Dream Casino NOT Paying Winnings after 6 months!!

Casino Warning

This ALERT was just posted on our Forums

I used to be a regular custumer of Lady Dream since 2004, a few months ago I made 3 cash outs of $250 and everything was ok I even get the email aproving the withdrawal, and another email from Direct Net Pay informing about the waiting time of 2 weeks to 1 month to get the check.

I am still waiting for the check. On July I decided to email the casino’s manager, and he sent me an email telling me this:

Hi , DNP is behind on cashouts and is catching up daily as quickly as possible, paying the oldest first. I promise you will be paid, but I cant give a date for that.
Tom Kennedy
Casino Cashier

Then on september 30th I get another email:

Hi Daisy, we are getting close to being caught up. It looks like your check should go out in the next two weeks. My apologies for the delay in getting this to you .
Tom Kennedy
Casino Cashier

But after 6 moths I am still waiting for my check. I tried to contact DNP and the casino without any result, so I decided to email them daily and now they banned me.

This is my information from DNP

Track ID 160000716
Date: May 29, 2008 16:10:19
Amount : $750.00
Status Info: Approved

This is my second withdrawal on september 2004 I made one and I get the money without any problems.

I lost a lot with Lady Dream Casino, because in 4 years I have deposited a lot of money. If I ever know that they won’t pay my winnings, I would never play my money there.

SO PLEASE AVOID LADY DREAM CASINO
