Bingoville.com: no withdrawal for EU players, bad customer service

November 24, 2008 · Filed Under Online Casino Scams · Comment

This warning just in from Casinomeister:

Player’s issue concerned a $400 withdrawal request dating back to October 2007.

Bingoville offers EwalletXpress as their only withdrawal method but that only works for customers in the USA and Canada. European customers are thus left without a system for cash out.

Customer Service at Bingoville has done nothing to help solve the problem.

Emails sent to the support address listed on the site, support@bingoville.com, were initially ignored then were simply rejected by their mail server, which is apparently a common tactic of theirs as has been reported elsewhere on the web. At no time did the casino respond to or even acknowledge our attempts to contact them.

Bingoville.com is powered by Parlay Entertainment software and is owned by Savinet Enterprises Limited (2-4 Arch. Makarios, 111 Ave, 9th Floor, Capital Centre, 1505 Nicosia, Cyprus) which also owns or controls other sites in the BingoRoom Network:
BingoRoom.com
SnoodBingo.com
iFunSpace.com
FreeBingoRoom.com
InstantBingoRoom.com
BingoFunland.com
Bingo101.com
MaxBingo.com
FreeBingoGame.com
BingoJewel.com
UrbanBingo.com
BigBettysBingo.com
BingoHeart.com
Brnnet.com

Warning for EU Players: Bingoville.com does not offer a workable withdrawal method for European players and ignores requests for assistance with this problem. A myriad of similar problems related to non-payment are reported regarding member sites of the BingoRoom Network (see above).

Avoid RealVegasCasino.com

This just in from Casinomeister

We’ve had two Real Vegas Online Casino issues on the books for over a month now: total winnings at stake are $13,000+. Neither player had any resistance from the casino once they had submitted their documents and payment was assured “within 10 days”. No payments were ever received and repeated attempts to contact Customer Service yield nothing since it’s just an automatic answering service that asks players to leave their information for a call-back … which of course never comes.

We attempted to contact the casino several times for each of these issues and received no response whatsoever.

Real Vegas Online uses RealTime Gaming (RTG) software and is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.

Warning: Real Vegas Online Casino (realvegasonline.com and realvegasonline.biz) is repeatedly issuing false “payment pending” statements after documents have been submitted and approved. The net result is that no payments are ever issued. Customer Service perpetuates the cycle by being unavailable and unresponsive. Avoid this casino!
