I has been brought to our attention that Always Cool Casino (onlinecasino.ac) is falsely advertising a bonus play-through requirement. On their website they list their 2222% bonus as only having a wagering requirement of 30x. When I went online today in AC Casino’s Live Chat I was abruptly disconnected when I inquired about it. Second time I managed to keep support online and they informed me it is actually 80x. Quite a big difference. They told the player that contacted us that they are in the middle of changing casino software (not sure what that has to do with their website promo not being updated). The guy I spoke with (Charles C.) said that he was only customer support and that he would gladly escalate this issue to his supervisor. I informed Charles C. to let his supervisor know that I will be posting a warning about this false bonus advertising and when they do get around to changing it from 30x to 80x I will mark this post as resolved.
