Avoid Rushmore & Cherry Red Casinos… More Payout Complaints!
A couple of days ago I get two complaints about Rushmore and Cherry Red not paying out and customer service blowing smoke up these players for weeks. The first complaint from Cherry Red was for $250 and it was over a month after the withdrawal was initiated that he came to us for help. This player was smart. He got his $250 yesterday because he politely pestered the hell out of Rushmore customer service everyday for over a month until I believe they got sick of him and finally paid out his $250.
The other player hasn’t been this lucky and unfortunately he is owed $12,000. He started his first withdrawal request on May 10th. He came to us for help on June 2nd. Now since the wonderful “New Management” came on board at the Rushmore Group of casinos I haven’t exactly had a stellar relationship like I did when the old management was there but I decided to try and help this player out with a simple email to an affiliate manager over there named Michael that emailed me earlier in May to ask me to “re-establish a healthy partnership” again with C-Planet and that “our processing is now good and stable for all 4 US brands” REALLY??? Is that why it takes Rushmore and Cherry Red over a month to pay players?
Okay, getting back to the player and why I made this post. So the player is owed $12,000. He has made 3 payout requests for $4000 each. He doesn’t appear to be a trouble maker or bonus abuser. From what I can tell he has been very pleasant and patient with customer service. So like I said above I emailed this Michael the manager guy and damn if he isn’t eager to help. Although it’s Thursday and he says it will take awhile because he has a 3 day weekend starting Friday he assures me we will get some answers come Monday. In fact he goes on to say “Our players are the most important thing to us and an answer will be giving promptly, however I simply want to have all the details before contacting the player. What you’ve mentioned is quite a delay and does not sound like normal practice here”. Wow I’m impressed. Maybe the new improved wonderfully amazing “New Management” isn’t so bad after all. And then comes Monday and I get this email from him…

Well I was having a good weekend until I got your email Mike so thanks for that. Is this something Mike apparently didn’t know when he first started our conversation? The marketing team (C-Planet) of yesteryear loved to help me out with player issues and was NEVER separated from player issues. In fact awesome RTG groups like Las Vegas USA, Intertops and Club World Casinos are very helpful when I come to them with player issues which is rare because they don’t suck at paying out their valued players in a timely manor like C-Planet does.
So this is the bottom line. If you play at Rushmore, Cherry Red, Slots Oasis, Slotsville, Pure Vegas or Euro City Casinos you will most likely wait weeks if not months to receive your payouts. And if you come to us asking for help in collecting your payout we are sorry to say that the managers at these casinos will no longer speak to us about resolving player issues. Our advice is to play at more respectible RTG casinos like Las Vegas USA, Bodog, Intertops and Club World Casinos. If you ever have an issue with any of those casinos (which you most likely won’t) we can help get things resolved.

Dear Rick, thanks for mentioning my comment related to my pestering the hell out of cherry red to finally get 250$ owed to me for over a month. After playing blackjack for many years at live casinos on a regular basis, I have come to an absolute determination that playing BJ online is not a game of skill, Just another slot machine preset to payout less than 10%. At a live BJ card table I usually walk away ahead in the game, Years of study and mistakes to learn how to do so. After about 2 months of research at my expense , about 2G: I have learned online Back Jack is a waste of my valued time. I will be in AC next weekend enjoying the social enviorment, the free food and entertainment, free room also. Searching online the last week or two tonight was the closest I got to an answer. I am waiting on a payout from Rushmore. It was my first time with an RTG and won 3600$. I have found a lot of consistency in payout descriptions. I played the night of May 16th, finished the next morning and was amazed at a first time experience of winning so much. Then the story gets eerily consistent. About a week delay from sending in Withdraw Auth form. May 26th the “wire sent” email was finally received. I checked every 3 business days or so as I was not expecting anything other than what was told (naive first time thinking what’s said is reality) On the 7th business day after getting a confirmation that it was indeed sent the 26th of May I got the “we are sorry but like are having delays like we were BEFORE with our players but we ALWAYS PAY OUR PLAYERS eventually”. We will notify you of when the wire is sent out so you will know when to expect it.”
Then I started researching and see that 5 weeks looks pretty consistent. I didn’t know to split up deposits and I didn’t know about quick tender till after.
Here’s to hoping I “eventually” get the payout. Any advice I’ll take.

Sorry to hear that you are also experiencing delays from this group of casinos. Our advice is to continue to contact the casino daily by calling, chat and email. Stay calm and pleasant. History has showed that they eventually will payout out and the ones that consistently hound them for payment get their payouts first.

I’m getting same run around as jared. I requested a withdrawal june 4 for 800 dollars my very first withdrawal in 2 years playing at rushmore. I was excited. June 10 Mr. Harris e mails me saying withdrawal approved and sent to you. Please allow six to ten business days to clear. I get another e mail june 23 saying their sorry but it will be delayed. I am owed over $15,000 from cherry red. My first ‘approved’ withdrawal of $2000 was June 10 and I have received two emails since, saying that the withdrawals will have to be re-processed due to delays with their server -but they are not even saying when they will be re-processed, which means we’re looking at a minimum of 6 weeks for just the first $2000 and that’s IF it was re-processed tomorrow (which it won’t be). They also reduced the amount that they pay out to $2000/week from $4000/week. They advertise on their site that wire transfers will be delivered to your bank account within 6-10 days following approval. Can they not be held liable for this? And is there a governing body that regulates anything like this? Can we not start writing to them to get involved.? Please do write to me at the address provided to you as this is really serious and I’d like whatever help or advise you can give. thank you

I have applied for my withdrawal since 30th of may from realvegas casino and the Help service has given me every excuse from a software glich to withdrawal overloaded to accounts department has issues and are getting another company to help with the withdrawals…always ending with “Rest assured you will recieve your money and we will contact you via email” I havent had one email yet i supposedly have been put on priority list and have spoken to several supervisors telling me ” Rest assured …….The amount is $1500 U.S dollars.I RECOMMEND READERS TO PLAY WITH EXTREME CAUTION IF YOU ARE TO GO TO “REAL VEGAS CASINO OR ANY OF HER SISTER CASINOS!!!!!I will keep you posted but would appreciate any help anyone may offer!!Thanks
Since the recent legal action in the United States over the past few months, I have done some research and found a few sites that I would recommend that did not treat me like Rushmore (although, as stated, in earlier times, Rushmore was primo). I travel a bit overseas from time to time, and I would definitely say when I am playing online anywhere in Europe, Royal Vegas has been really good about getting me my winnings (roughly $700 for you all counting at home).
The US is a bit harder, but as it seems a few of you have said, the “club” brands (USA or world) do the best from what I have seen for US players and many of my friends have said the same thing.
I hope maybe this will help out the “Rushmore” victims.

There new line is that I now need a SWIST code from my bank before they can deposit my withdraw into my account.Quess im going to have to put cherry red on speed dial again. Pdf not enough anymore? dear rick, Thank you for you email. Good question, why did I go back to cherry red? There is a hole in my head where the rain comes in. Stold that line from an old song. I will sort of explain. I was playing on a site you recomded, Club World Casinos. Won 350$ and requested a withdraw, I called them to verify the withdraw. They told me there was a problem with my pdf, Said they did not recieve a copy of back of my credit card. Told me to email new copy of the card; so I did as told. Next day I receive an email; withdraw request denied, Called again, Im told I need to refile another pdf, Day befor said they had the pdf just needed card info again. So I requested that they email me another pdf form’ Said they would send it asp that too busy to do it right away. Believe it or not customer service much more friendly at cherry red. Never recieved the pdf form day latter. Called my bank and ask them what a swift code is. They explained it to me. And gave me the code. Called cherry red and told them I have the code. They took the time to walk me thru the process of canceling my withdraw and withdrew again. They explained they no longer use routing # changed to swift code. Club World would not even give me the time of day, yet thier time and just incorect info how to solve the issue. Over and Over. Rather than more hassle, I just pissed away the 350$ experimenting with new ways to play BJ. I have less than 30 years playing the game. Yet I did not seem to learn anything new. I am vert green when it comes to the internet related to BJ. Some lessons do not come cheap and I am still learning. I own a small business and it is hard to get away sometimes to AC or Vegas, my favorite Lake Tahoe. I mainly play for therapy, Gets my mind off my work; Some play for different reasons. Some play just trying to chace a rabbit, Just one more roll and I will get it all back. As a part time pro, I have learned it does not work that way. My game BJ does not work that way at all. Every year I get all my win lose statements, Only then do I know how I really done. Had one bad year where I almost gave it up. Cherry Red paid me last time, It took forever yet they paid, That is why I am giving them a second chance. I did promote Cherry Red and Slots Oasis, however I yanked them months ago, because as you’ve stated players have not been getting paid.
Payment issues have also be a problem for affiliates of C-Planet – the affiliate program for these online casinos. Effectively affiliate have not been paid either.
Things started to go down hill for the RTG casino group around March 2011. I recall having to hassle Ben my affiliate manager for payment – that’s a sure indication that all is not right. Ben since left and things have done from worse to worse. You’ll find affiliates who care about players being paid and promoting honest casinos have blacklisted this RTG casino group.
Dear rick, As i commented on 9\20. I notced that cherry red finally got on the blacklist. I think eventualy you will add those jokers at club world to the list. I had to cancel my cedit card thanks to 3 seperated false deposits on it from club world. My bank has credited 225$ back into my account while dispute in progress. My business bank rep, informed me that many online casinos are notorious for doule billing and outright stealing, sugested in the futher to use prepaid c. cards with no remaining balance. My online casino days are over. let you know if cherry red ever pays me. thanks for putting them on the list finally.

Looks like i’m having the same problem with Rushmore as others. I won 800.00 and was informed of wire transfer on Sept.12 and would receive my winnings within 6-10 business days. After 15 business days no money. At the end of next week it will be 20.They said that they were in the middle of switching over their processing method and assured me that i would receive my funds. After reading and seeing the blacklist I’ve become very worried. What do you think the time frame for payout will be, if at all.
Im having the same problem with Slot Oasis. I’ve provided them a SWIFT code as requested and have not heard back from them. When they needed the code number, they were emailing me every other day..and now after providing them with the information, I get nothing. I won over $1K and am waiting for them to process it as it was approved on Sept 12th….very frustrating! Any advice?
HI Rick, I presume you have recieved my emails to you? They at CR have read your Comment and fan blogs. The only reason they are talking to you again is because you finally put them on your Blacklist. Calling them everyday in a polite manor no longer works. When they do answer me, they just hang up. I guess I am just a pain for them. I still have other ways to call them every day forever like how long it takes to get paid. I spoke to a Rep yesterday for 20 minutes, I must not be that rude of a customer for them to do so. I learned from the conversation, I would still very much everyone else to pester the hell out of them also. Call them every day. I learned that they do not do withdraws until they have a large batch due to processing cost to them related to wireless direct to our banks. Also learned that 80% of cherry red customers are from the USA. I still believe I will someday get paid what is owed to me. The mind is a terrible thing to waste. Cut to the chase, If they rip me off and others it will cost them much more than the scam was worth. My customer friends at the NSA and FBI know ways to hack them out of the us market real quick and way beyound my basic knowledge of how they do it. From simple pop up warnings anytime some poor sole trys to log into thier site to more daristric messures. Cherry Red pretty much has all new customer so call it employees now. It seems the ones with any moral compass are running away from these thievs , and can not handle having to constantly lie to thier customers anymore. Many have already taken my advice: call them every day , be polite and ask whgats going on with your withdraw request. Jam there phone lines, atleast we can get the satisfaction of wasting there time the same way they wasted ours by playing thier online casino scam network. Jam there phones. Been waiting on Rushmore to cough up my $600 for two months. There are all liars. I talk to somebody there almost every day and they spew the same BS about “delays” from a “third party processor.” They apologize and apologize for the delay while they enjoy my $600 in their pockets. Rushmore = Thieves, Criminals, Scammers.
