Casinomeister just issued a warning about Cherry Casino (NOT Cherry Red Casino). It appears that Cherry Casino has confiscated one of their players winnings and closed the players account.

The player tried to initiate a payout and the casino requested personal info docs (standard in the industry) but when the docs were sent the casino replied that the info “failed to pass verification procedures” and Cherry Casino closed the player account and confiscated the winnings. On top of that the players Visa deposit card was locked by their bank.

When player contacted customer support about why they locked the account the casino replied with something about a “mismatch of information but wouldn’t comment any further on the situation.

Several attempts by Casinomeister to contact the casino about this situation were ignored.
