1. I am a player that was unaware of how faulty this casino is. I received a promo cd in the mail giving me 25 dollars at each of the five casinos and the playthrough was 1000.00. Well I completed the playthrough and was in a bonus feature on Santas Suprise Slots when I was dropped off the internet. When I got back on the 100 dollars I had just won was not added on to my score and the game is stuck. This was on the 22nd of Dec. and I am still waiting, they say it is because of the software people but I know I am just getting the run around. I know it is only 100 dollars but I won it and should be given the money. They DO steal from their players, I am one

2. These casinos are so far beyond being completely corrupt there aren’t words adequate to describe them! I legitimately won $800, waited patiently for it to arrive after submitting all the required documents, only to be told when I inquired about the status that my winnings had been forfeited because Grand Prive states I had more than 22 open accounts. This is ridiculous! I have only used one account login for as long as I can remember. I did have 5 accounts, one at each of Grand Prive’s five casinos. I never benefited financially from anything other than legitimate transactions. I never received any type of unfair advantage or other benefit which would warrant forfeiture of ALL future winnings. The bottomline is this….Grand Prive refuses to pay my winnings because it believes I somehow defrauded them…..The problem is in order to defraud someone of something, there has to be some sort of real, tangible benefit to the person committing the alleged fraud…..As I’ve said all along, I gained nothing I wasn’t entitled to receive therefore fraud by definition couldn’t have occurred! Stay AWAY from Grand Prive’s casinos.

3. I have played at Grand prive casions since they were with microgaming. I never had a problem with them until NOW. I won $950 dollars and have been given the run around since I made the withdraw. They keep telling me that I will recieve my winnings in 3 to 5 days. After the 3 to 5 days is up I am told that I dont have a certain document .This time it was that I needed a “swift code” What everyday person knows what a swift code is? I did find out its something the bank uses for an international wire.. who would have known? Now I have to wait another 5 days …which I am sure will turn into another and another and I will probly be lucky to ever see my winnings. I will never play there again and recommend that no one else does either.
